2020-2021 MEAL PROGRAM AND NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM
Banta Elementary School District announces its policy to serve nutritious meals every day under the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, and/or After School Snack Program. Effective July 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021, all children are eligible for free meals for the whole school year!
For students returning to school in April 2021. All students will receive a breakfast and lunch everyday to take home. On Tuesdays they will receive 2 sets of meals to enjoy during distance learning as well. If your child receives meals at school they are not eligible for Grab and Go Pickup, but siblings are still eligible if they have not received a meal elsewhere. If you do not want your child to bring home meals, please OPT-OUT below. Also if you need a Vegetarian meal please follow the link below. Happy to have your kids back on campus.
